Hi, I’m Adrian Pokharel — a disabled veteran, mental health advocate, former Congressional candidate, entrepreneur, media creator, and lifelong community builder. I’ve spent my life turning struggle into strength, and now I’m working to amplify voices that deserve to be heard.
This platform is a hub for everything I stand for:
✅ Justice, Equity & Representation
✅ Veteran Wellness & Mental Health
✅ Creative Expression & Storytelling
✅ Empowering Nepali Americans & Global Communities
Whether you're here to connect, collaborate, or just learn more — welcome.
Fighting for working families, mental health, and a future that works for all of us.
Whether you’re here to rise, rebuild, lead, or just breathe — the energy is always the same: unfiltered truth, radical healing, and unstoppable action.
This isn’t just a platform. It’s a movement built for those too often left out, overlooked, or underestimated.
Our mission is clear:
To uplift, mobilize, and empower individuals and communities impacted by disability, military service, mental health challenges, and systemic injustice — not with pity, but with power, purpose, and possibility.
Because healing is political. Survival is strength. And together, we are unstoppable.
🇺🇸 Support for Military & Veterans
Adrian honors the brave service of military members and their families by advocating for expanded access to healthcare, employment support, housing stability, and educational benefits. Veterans deserve dignity, respect, and seamless reintegration into civilian life.
🕵️♂️ Advancing the Intelligence Community
Federal and contractor professionals in the intelligence sector are the unsung guardians of national security. Adrian supports mental health access, career mobility, and property tax relief for those serving in high-pressure, confidential roles.
🚓 Strengthening First Responders
Adrian is committed to fully funding police, EMS, firefighters, and dispatchers—with a focus on wellness, training, and community trust. He proposes property tax relief and modern equipment upgrades, ensuring they’re supported both in and out of uniform.
🏛️ Empowering Public Sector Workers
City, county, and state employees are the backbone of our democracy. Adrian champions competitive compensation, career advancement, and tax relief. He also proposes a county revenue-sharing model to balance educational resources between wealthy and underfunded regions.
👵 Caring for Senior Citizens
Our elders deserve to age with dignity. Adrian will deploy government outreach workers to assist seniors with Medicare, Medicaid, and benefits paperwork right at their residence, while expanding access to transportation, housing, and abuse prevention programs.
🏳️🌈 Equity for LGBTQIA+ Communities
Adrian believes in full inclusion and protection for LGBTQIA+ individuals. His policies safeguard against discrimination, increase access to affirming healthcare, and fund mental health and educational initiatives that foster acceptance and dignity for all.
🎓 Investing in Students & Educators
Adrian’s vision includes zero taxes for first- and second-year students maintaining a B average, fully funded schools, and stronger mental health resources. He uplifts teachers with better pay, classroom funding, and property tax relief to honor their essential role.
🔧 Vocational, STEM & Civic Education
Adrian believes education must meet real-world demands. He proposes introducing STEM and law education in early grades, and expanding vocational and trade schools to develop skilled electricians, mechanics, coders, and civic-minded professionals. All pathways are valuable.
🧑💼 Fueling Small Business Growth
Small businesses are the heartbeat of the economy. Adrian supports reduced red tape, accessible capital, digital tools, and tax credits for businesses that employ returning citizens—creating a stronger, more inclusive local economy.
🔄 Second Chances for Returning Citizens
Adrian champions restorative justice. He supports rehabilitation, job training, and housing for formerly incarcerated individuals. Those completing their sentences—depending on circumstance—should be empowered to contribute again. Businesses who hire them receive tax incentives.
🏚️ Ending Homelessness
Everyone deserves a home. Adrian proposes a Housing First model, backed by support services, mental health care, and job programs to address the root causes of homelessness and offer sustainable solutions for individuals and families.
🚗 Smarter, Fairer Transportation
Adrian promotes transportation equity through:
Toll discounts for 2-person vehicles
Free tolls for carpools of 3 or more
Expanded public transit and green infrastructure
EV adoption incentives and safer commutes for all
Fighting for those who served. Standing with those who struggle. Leading for those left behind.
Dedicated to empowering veterans, breaking the stigma around mental health, and building bold, inclusive leadership for all.
As a disabled veteran, I don’t just understand the struggle — I live it. That’s why I fight for real solutions, not sympathy. From accessibility and justice to resources and respect, my mission is to empower people with disabilities to live, lead, and thrive with dignity. Because equity isn’t optional — it’s overdue.
I believe healing is a human right — not a privilege. As a mental health advocate and social worker, I fight to dismantle stigma, expand access, and center compassion in every conversation. Whether it's trauma, depression, or survival in silence, no one should have to battle alone. Real talk, real care, real change — that’s the mission.
Before I’m a veteran, advocate, or leader — I’m a father and a husband.
My family is my foundation, my fuel, and my why. They’ve seen me through war, healing, purpose, and politics. Every fight for justice, mental health, and community begins at home — and the love I carry for my family drives everything I do in the world.
Art is how I breathe truth into the world.
Through voice, verse, and performance, I speak what so many feel but can’t say out loud — pain, love, loss, resilience. Whether on stage or behind the mic, my art is a form of protest, healing, and connection. Because sometimes, what politics can’t reach, poetry can. And where speeches fall short, a song can save.
Words are my weapon — and my healing.
As a writer and author, I don’t just tell stories — I tell truths. From lived trauma to radical hope, I write to shake silence, to challenge power, and to build bridges between pain and purpose. My pen is fueled by experience, shaped by resilience, and rooted in the belief that our stories can save lives.
Whether it’s essays, books, or raw reflections — every word I write is for those still finding theirs.
Media is power. Entrepreneurship is freedom.
As a media professional and entrepreneur, I use storytelling to spark change and innovation to create opportunities. Whether it’s creating impactful content, launching ventures that serve communities, or building platforms that amplify voices — my mission is to break barriers and open doors. I believe in the power of media to shape culture, and in entrepreneurship to fuel progress.
Through creativity, technology, and vision, I turn challenges into solutions, and ideas into action.
